When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you register for the CHIEF events and book your room at the host hotel by no later than Wednesday, April 9.

After this deadline, we cannot guarantee a room and/or group rate at the hotel.

Are there any specific times for registration or check-in?

If you are staying at the host hotel, The Crescent Hotel, check in will begin at 4:00 p.m. If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact the hotel directly at 817-661-1788.

On Sunday May 4, event organizers will distribute welcome packets at the Sunday Reception between 6 to 8 p.m. If you are unable to attend Sunday’s event, we will distribute during Monday’s meetings.

What is the dress code?

All events and meetings are business casual.

What is the expected weather?

The average high temperature in Fort Worth, Texas in early May is 84°F, and the average low is 65°F. Daily highs in May typically range from 80°F to 88°F, while lows range from 61°F to 69°F.

Will transportation be provided to off-site events?

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from the host hotel for all scheduled events. A detailed transportation schedule will be provided closer to the event.

If you do not choose to utilize the provided shuttles, you will be responsible for your own transportation. We recommend common rideshare platforms like Uber or Lyft.
